Delivery Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy shall prevail in respect of fulfilment and returns;

These General Terms shall apply in all other respects.

SEVERABILITY

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data.

Nothing in these General Terms excludes liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
